Pastor Frank E. Thompson is a native of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He gave his life to Christ over 35 years ago. His life experiences have allowed him to be sensitive to the needs of God's people. He has overcome many obstacles, which have allowed his experiences to enhance his teaching. With compassion, courage, and commitment he shares with men and women the biblical fundamentals and personal examples to be successful. Pastor Frank is always encouraging, knowing that there is nothing too hard for God!
Educated as a Human Resources Specialist, he has held positions in some of the top organizations in the country. He has taught Leadership Training and Customer Service to thousands. God has placed a special anointing on his life to care for God's people. This facilitator, author, visionary, and humble servant believes that there is nothing to hard for God. He teaches determination and faith, while he imparts a "Never Quit" attitude among all who meet him.
Lady Chenice Thompson
Lady Chenice Thompson was born and reared in Orlando, Florida, and she gave her life to Christ over 20 years ago. She has served with the Hospitality/Usher's Ministry, Leadership in Women's Ministry, Youth Leadership, and more. This humble servant has faced rejection by being told "You won't make it", only to grow stronger in her faith in God. She has "proved" him for results. Her phrase for life is...
"If you're going to worry, don't trust God; but "If you're going to trust God don't worry."
An educator by profession... graduate of The University of Central Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. She served in the public school system for over 22 years. Her passion is to educate, inspire, motivate and empower young girls and women of all ages to acheive their dreams and discover their God given talents as well as helping at-risk students succeed in life.
She is the CEO of EChe' International, LLC an Interior Decorating /Consulting business and Founder of Women of Power and Success, a ministry for women called to lead, serve, and set examples in all walks of life (www.echeinternational.com). The Executive Director of Youth Central an alternative program for suspended students.
She gracefully walks beside her husband in the Ministry of Excellence. Pastor Frank and Lady Chenice reside in the beautiful city of Ocoee, Florida and together have four children.
